| The Myakka Pines Golf Club of Englewood, Inc. is a
semi-private, not-for-profit, member owned club, composed of 440 memberships in
accordance with the Club By-Laws.
The Club is run by a 12-member Board of Directors, who are
elected by the members at the annual membership meeting and serve a three-year
term.
The golf course is designed to excite the average golfer
and yet it is challenging enough to interest the scratch player. The variety of
three beautiful nines, each with its own individual characteristics, adds a new
dimension to Florida golf. Each nine will play about 3100 yards for men, 2800
for women, and the blue tees, about 3350.
In addition to the 27 hole course, there is a Pro Shop
(with bag storage) available, and excellent practice facility, Snack Bar and
Dining Lounge.
Private golf lessons may be arranged with the Golf
Professionals.
There is a waiting list, but due to timing there is
currently a limited number of immediate openings available.
The initial costs of becoming a member of the Club are as
follows:

are having a 2008 dues holiday for those wishing to join prior to November 1,
2008. No Dues Until November 30, 2008.
